PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an eave soffit substrate assembling process and hence shorten construction period on a construction site by directly mounting one side of an eave soffit substrate panel to the lower edge of eaves and the other side to the side surface of an outer wall. CONSTITUTION:A head tie material 24 is mounted to the side wall of an eaves soffit of a binding material 22. Then, the side surface of a wall panel in the longitudinal side having a communication part 16 of an eaves soffit panel 10 is adapted to come in contact with the outer side of a wall panel 30. At the same time, the top of the other longer side 14 is adapted to come in contact with the bottom of a binding material 22. The eave soffit 10 is mounted to the wall panel 30 and the binding material 22 with nails 80 in such a fashion that the eave soffit 30 may be horizontal. More specifically, the eave soffit substrate panel 10 is directly mounted to a building main body without using a hanging member. A bargeboard 26 and foliage scrolls 28 are mounted to the edge of eaves while an eave soffit siding 40 is mounted to the lower end of the eave soffit panel 10, thereby completing the eave soffit. A ventilator 15 is used to ventilate the building in the vertical direction. |
