Maximal area of device information cover S1 and total area which is covered by information decorative members S2 conform to condition <EMI ID=0.443 HE=3 WI=39 TI=CHI>. Minimal A1 and maximal A2 three-dimensional angles with at least 90% of light beams which are output by light generation members of unit for conversion of electricity to light conform to condition <EMI ID=0.444 HE=3 WI=42 TI=CHI>. Minimal L3 and maximal L4 distance between optical axes of beams of each light generation members which are located in centers of information decorative members conform to condition <EMI ID=0.445 HE=3 WI=39 TI=CHI>.
