Continuous, rotating press-bands (6) circulate in the top (O) and bottom (U) press parts and in the press frame (2) at pre-set distances apart in the longitudinal direction of the press. The press frame is divided into a top and bottom part. Piston-cylinder arrangements (12) are positioned between at least some of the press top and bottom parts. At least two bearing-stands are set at a pre-determined distance apart on one lengthwise side of the press. On the other lengthwise side are struts (5).
