A switching control (C1,L1,V1), fitted with a first switch and an inductance and working as a DC voltage converter, is incorporated at time periods given by the internal combustion engine parameters between a supply voltage source (Batt) and a switching stage with a second switch (V11,V608) and a booster capacitor (C3) for charging the latter. Between the switching control and switching stage is located an intermediate circuit fitted with an intermediate circuit capacitor (C2) and a third switch (V4). The energy stored in the intermediate circuit capacitor is sufficient for recharging several booster capacitors (Boos 1,2).
