The lining support disc comprises a central fixing part (11) and a peripheral part divided into two series of first and second radial blades (12,13). Each blade has a central bearing zone (121,131), first and second linings being fixed to these central zones. The central zone of the second blades is connected to the central part of the disc by an internal zone (140) and the central zone of the first blades is extended centrally by an internal bearing support zone (127). This internal zone extends into the plane of the central zone of the second blades and receives the second lining. It is connected to the central part of the disc by a leg comprising an inclined zone in the shape of a longitudinal fold (128).
