PURPOSE: To provide a filter with which a desired illuminance distribution is easily obtainable and UV illuminance is easily adjustable. CONSTITUTION: The illuminance distribution of an irradiation surface is measured and filters a1, a2, a3, a4, a5 for decreasing the respective illuminances corresponding to an illuminance contour diagram indicating the resulted illuminance distribution are selectively segmented and laminated so that the laminated filters make the illuminance distribution to the desired illuminance contour diagram. As a result, the illuminance surface having the desired illuminance distribution is obtd. and the filter adjustable in UV illuminance is provided. |
