PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider the discoloration during the exposure of a film, and to avoid the generation of relative displacement in a photographic image even in the case of remarkable enlargement. SOLUTION: In this method for controlling exposure of microscope camera, a film is exposed during the only exposure continuing time adjusted to the time characteristic of the phosphor. Furthermore, in a photographic microscope, a sensor detects the brightness of image, and an evaluating device obtains the exposing time based on the time characteristic of the brightness of image, and a control device opens a camera shutter during the only time of continuity of exposure based on the time characteristic of the brightness of image. |
