PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective work without generating personal error in connection work by soldering an end of a cylindrical oxide superconductor on end of which a silver coating layer is formed to an annular blind hole of an electrode. SOLUTION: A silver coating layer 4 of a cylindrical film is formed on the outer peripheral surface of an end of a cylindrical oxide superconductor 1 by spraying silver. A thick-walled cylindrical copper electrode 6 on which an annular blind hole 5 is bored is prepared. The outer periphery of the copper electrode 6 is covered with a copper mesh wire electrode lead 3, and the tip part of the copper mesh wire electrode lead 3 is silver-soldered 7 with the outer peripheral part of the copper electrode 6. The copper electrode 6 is heated with an exclusive jig, and a solder plating layer 9 is previously formed on the inner peripheral surface of the annular blind hole 5. An end of the oxide superconductor 1 on end of which the silver coating layer 4 has been formed is inserted in the annular blind hole 5 of the copper electrode 6 and gradually cooled. As a result, effective soldering work free from indivisual difference is enabled. |
