PURPOSE: A protrusion for preventing an excessive speed by using a waste rubber is provided to prevent a driver from losing a drive sense by buffering a shock through the excessive speed preventive protrusion. CONSTITUTION: A recognition line is painted on a lower face of a painting groove(17). The recognition line is not touched by a wheel of a passing vehicle so that the line is not erased even if using for a long time. A driver confirms the excessive speed preventive protrusion through the recognition line even at a long distance. Thus, the driver takes a necessary action while having a sufficient time before reaching the excessive speed preventive protrusion. Further, in passing the excessive speed preventive protrusion, a shock is absorbed and buffered by the elasticity of the excessive speed preventive protrusion. |
