PURPOSE: A health supplementary food using a sea tangle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a disorder of the vascular system such as high blood pressure, myocardial infarction or stroke and to improve immunity of a human body. CONSTITUTION: The health supplementary food using a sea tangle comprises the steps of: 1) mixing 100 wt.pts. of sea tangle powder with 63-83 wt.pts. of dried anchovy powder, 63-83 wt.pts. of black bean powder, 33-43 wt.pts. of Artemisia capillaris Thunb powder, 13-17 wt.pts. of pine needles and 3.7-5.0 wt.pts. of safflower seed powder; 2) kneading the mixture with water; 3) extruding the dough into a segment having a diameter of 2-7mm; 4) making the extruded segment composition into a ring having a diameter of 2-7mm; 5) drying the ring-shaped composition; 6) mixing the ring-shaped composition with 1.2-1.7 wt.pts. of fructose based on 100 wt.pts. of sea tangle powder; and 7) drying the composition coated with fructose by hot air or natural drying method. This health supplementary food also has an effect on the prevention of constipation, obesity and osteoporosis. |
