SOLUTION: Wet or soil is avoided by wearing the rain shoes cover over the shoes. Easy putting on and off is possible with a magic tape (a registered trademark) 1 and a fastener 2 to prevent water from coming in. The magic tape 1 shall be fluorescent to be conspicuous for prevention of traffic accident at night. A slip stopper is fitted on synthetic resin 4 at the sole part. It is made compact for storage after use.
