PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide slippers restraining generation of hydrochloric acid gas (HC1) at incineration disposal. SOLUTION: The slippers utilize a polyvinyl chloride sheet containing calcium carbonate restraining generation of chloride gas, for a skin material, a major part of the components of the slippers.
