PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical polymer film sheet which is capable of producing in good yield an LCD using a substrate made of a polymer film sheet. SOLUTION: This optical polymer film sheet comprises a thermoplastic polymer film sheet which is a single or has a layer structure coated thereon, with the thermoplastic film sheet having a glass transition temperature of 100 deg.C or higher and a dimensional change ratio of 0.005% or less between the dimension after the 1 hour-standing left and that after the 8 hour-standing left each under the atmosphere of a temperature of 23 deg.C and a humidity of 50% after drying for two hours or longer at a temperature of between 100 deg.C or higher and the glass transition temperature or lower.
