A porous formed body, comprising ceramics particles or metal particles (12) fixedly formed with binder (10), wherein a part of the binder (10) is removed from the formed body to form the net-shaped structure of the binder, and the ceramics particles or metal particles (12) are fixed into the net-shaped structure, whereby the extraction and degreasing of the porous formed body can be performed rapidly in a short time while suppressing the occurrence of a defect such as a crack to provide the porous formed body with high safety for a human body and an environment.
