FIELD: oil and gas industry, particularly for developing, production testing and cleaning well bottom area. ^ SUBSTANCE: plant has swab, pole, winch provided with reducing gear and reel with rope, as well as lower and upper guiding rollers. Lower guiding roller may be oriented towards the drum. Pole is provided with lower and upper bases having central orifices for receiving wellhead fittings and rope correspondingly. Lower base with lower guiding roller is secured to casing flange of the well by bolt connection.
