PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control accumulation of errors of the delivery volume between nozzles on a delivery destination part.

SOLUTION: A delivery head discharges a liquid material onto the delivery destination part from a first nozzle in the first scanning period. The head discharges a liquid material onto the delivery destination part in the second scanning period. In the scanning section, at least one of the delivery head and the stage is shifted with respect to the other in the X-axis direction.
