PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad material for a heat exchanger, which has superior brazability, corrosion resistance and strength characteristics after having been brazed, and is preferably used for a tube material and a header plate material of the heat exchanger made of the aluminum alloy, such as a radiator, particularly a radiator mounted on an automobile, and a heater core. SOLUTION: The clad material has an aluminum alloy tri-layer structure consisting of a core material, a sacrificial anode material cladded on one face of the core material, and a brazing filler material on the other face. The core material is an aluminum alloy comprising 0.6-2.0% Mn, 0.3-1.0% Cu, 0.3-1.2% Si, 0.01-0.4% Fe and the balance Al with impurities. The sacrificial anode material is an aluminum alloy comprising 2.0-6.0% Zn, 1.2-2.0% Mn, 0.4-1.2% Si, 0.01-0.3% Fe, and 0.01-0.3% Ti and the balance Al with impurities.
