PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that long hours of interruption of communication in a network connecting a computer with a measuring device results in loss of data, and measurement data are divided into a record data file in the computer and a backup file in the measuring device, thus management becomes complicated. SOLUTION: A unique record identifier is set in the record data file in the computer and the backup file in the measuring device. If the communication in the network is interrupted, the measuring device side writes the measurement data into the backup file, and when the measurement is halted, the measuring device side identifies a back up file based on the record identifier, and embeds data of the backup file in a lost data portion of the record data file.
