PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shredder apparatus preventing or suppressing failure or the like at reverse rotation of a cutter. SOLUTION: Throwing ports 10a-10c are formed while deviated from an intersection point O of a plane L passing through a central point of a line connecting respective axis positions (respective axis positions positioned at the same position in an axial direction) of first and second connection cutter units 29, 30 and perpendicular to the line and a media throwing opening/closing lid 9. A guide member 14 guides the media at the attitude that it is inclined to a front side of the plane L before the media are bitten to cutter units 29, 30. When the media thrown to the throwing ports are bitten to the cutter units 29, 30, the media are drawn/raised toward the plane L side by the biting.
