FIXTURE FOR CUTTING THE TENON PARTS OF THE TURBINE BUCKET

A fixing device for cutting tenon parts of a turbine bucket is provided to shorten set-up time and processing time by setting a plurality of buckets at the same time. A fixing device comprises a base plate(100) fixed on a table of a cutter; a body plate(200) vertically arranged on the base plate; and clamps(300) coupled to an edge of the body plate and arranged into a plurality of rows. Each clamp includes a support plate fixed in a horizontal groove of the body plate through a fixing bolt; a mounting plate mounted on a support plate such that a joint portion of a bucket(40) is mounted on the mounting plate; an end support plate arranged on the support plate such that an end of the joint portion of the bucket mounted on the mounting plate is tightly supported at an end of the end support plate; a fixing plate interposed between a surface of the bucket and a nut arranged at an end of the fixing bolt so as to press-fix the bucket through the nut; a vane support plate which has a V-groove for supporting a convex surface of a vane portion of the bucket, and is arranged at a surface adjacent a surface of the body plate where the support plate is installed; and a fixing screw screw-coupled to the vane support plate so as to press-fix a concave surface of the vane portion of the bucket mounted in the V-groove.
