A system and a method for relaying a home-delivery service are provided to enable a user or a middle/small company to receive a better price and service from a home-delivery service company by gathering articles over a specific quantity from the user or the middle/small company for requesting delivery through a gathering server. A sender is connected to the gathering server(300) for gathering senders wanting to send the articles by using a terminal. The gathering server includes an address extractor(302) for extracting address information of the sender and a receiver by receiving a phone number from the sender, and a home-delivery server selector(304) for selecting a home-delivery server(400) fit for an inputted condition by receiving a home-delivery service condition from the sender. The home-delivery service server includes a service receiver(402) generating and storing the first invoice number for receiving/managing the home-delivery service by receiving the address information from the address extractor, and a service requestor(406) for requesting the home-delivery service according to the received address information.
