PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-weather water spray system capable of deciding a sprinkling water amount through taking in a main element for deciding a necessary sprinkling water amount. SOLUTION: This water spray system has a pole 10 having a controller 11 which controls a connected water supply solenoid valve 20, and a management control server 30 connected with the pole 10 through Internet 50. The management control server 30 has an information receiving sending means 32, and a recording means 31 of rainfall from a previous day to a present time, a recording means 34 of an amount of rain from a previous day to a present time, a rain forecast recording means 36, a weather forecast recording means 38, and a recording means 40 of sprinkling water of a previous day. The means receive and record information through the information receiving sending means 32. Furthermore, the management control server 30 has a sprinkling water amount-deciding means 46 which judges a sprinkling water amount based on the means, and a time instructing means 47 which sends an instruction signal of time of a sprinkling water amount to the controller 11 based on the result of the sprinkling water amount-deciding means 46.
