Clippers contains a housing, cutting pair, which consists of a comb and a driving cutter connected with the drive with the help of lever equipped with clips and step-bearing, and installed in the housing on the spherical support, a pressure mechanism to press up the driving cutter to the comb, which includes mounted in the opening of housing fitting with adjusting nut and crank stop rod, one of ends of which through the lever interacts with the driving cutter, and the second one is located along the axis of fitting being coaxial with the axis of spherical support of lever and perpendicular to the comb plane. Clips are attached to the lever with the help of thread. Step-bearing is located between the clips at the end of the lever. Pressure cartridge is located between crank stop rod and adjusting nut.
