TECHNIQUE FOR MARSUPIALIZATION OF OMENTAL BURSA IN DESTRUCTIVE FORMS OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS

A technique for marsupialization of the omental bursa in the destructive forms of the acute pancreatitis comprises sewing the dissected gastrocolic ligament to the parietal peritoneum and the edges of the aponeurosis of the rectus muscles of abdomen. Throughout the surface of the edges of surgical wound, porous bioinert container possessing antyenzymatic and antibacterial properties is fixed. The container is changed from time to time.
