A device and a method for processing a bundle in a master device are provided to load a required bundle in a memory to perform control or service of a slave device, and to actively process the bundle in the master device by using a plurality of bundle storing spaces. An application stack(105) requests a bundle required for performing a predetermined function. A first bundle storing part(101) stores the bundle of a start state. A second bundle storing part(102) stores meta-information of an installation or stop state. Middleware(103) searches the meta-information stored in the second bundle storing part to find the requested bundle if the bundle requested from the application stack is not in the first bundle storing part. If the meta-information of the requested bundle is found in the second bundle storing part, the middleware detects the requested bundle by using the meta-information, converts the detected bundle into the start state, and stores the detected bundle to the first bundle storing part.
