PURPOSE:To provide a control device for paper machine capable of regulating speed of each part without depending on experience and skill of an operator and facilitating analysis of cause in web break. CONSTITUTION:A control device for paper machine consists of an arithmetic part 51 of torque of inertia for obtaining accelerated or deaccelerated torque taua generated during revolution of a reel or a roll of a paper machine 20 based on speed standard of each process and the moment of inertia of the reel or the roll, an arithmetic part 53 of mechanical loss torque for obtaining mechanical loss torque as mechanical loss torque taum based on the speed standard of each process, an arithmetic part 55 of tension for obtaining tension applied to paper on the paper machine 20 from the accelerated or deaccelerated torque taua calculated by the torque standard taur and the arithmetic part 51 of torque of inertia and the mechanical loss torque taum calculated by the arithmetic part 53 of the mechanical loss torque and a display.memory part 59 for indicating and memorizing the computed tension. |
