THE COMPOSITION OF PLASTER CONTAINING FELBINACS

A plaster composition comprising felbinacs is provided to show excellent percutaneous permeability of the felbinacs, excellent long term stability, optimum adhesive power and less skin irritation by using a pH adjusting agent for enhancing solubility of a main drug and dispersion stability, a percutaneous absorption promoting agent and a solid dispersion technique. A plaster composition comprises a matrix-type drug layer including an insoluble drug of felbinacs and an acidic acryl-based adhesive, a pH adjusting agent and a water-soluble polymer and is characterized in that the pH is adjusted to 6.5-8.0, wherein the pH adjusting agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of organic bases and inorganic bases, and the water-soluble polymer is a dispersion stabilizer and selected from the group consisting of chitosan, carboxyvinylpolymer, carboxymethylcellulose and a salt thereof, an alginic acid and a salt thereof, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulosephthalate and a salt thereof, hydroxyethylcellulose, N-vinylacetamide polymer, polyvinylalcohol, polyvinylmethacrylate, carrageenan, xanthan gum, gelatin, methylvinylether anhydrous maleic acid copolymer and a mixture thereof.
