PURPOSE:To provide a cash automatic transaction device which is compact and simple in structure, and furthermore can detect troubles such as double feeding and a chain of failures at the delivery section quickly with high accuracy in regard to the cash automatic transaction device. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with a feed roller 21, and a separator support section 22 which is faced to the aforesaid roller, and can be freely rocked, and is also provided with an angle detector 27 which detects the rocking angle of the separator support section 22 due to approaching papers for the separation support section 22 acting as a separation mechanism which is provided for the delivery section for papers for separating and carrying papers. The device comprises a signal processing means 29 provided, which detects the thickness of papers based on an angle signal from the angle detector 27, and the signal processing means 29 has a function for removing the change in radius at the feed roller 21, and the effect of vibration from the separator support section 22. |
