PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when receiving of ND information is in failure. SOLUTION: ND information is received, and image information received by the ND information is transferred/distributed. The information control device is provided with: a receiving means which receives the ND information; a discrimination means which discriminates whether the receiving means receives the ND information or not; and a control means which performs processing regarding to transmitting/receiving of the ND information when the discrimination means discriminates that the ND information is not received. The control means selectively performs processing of either of following (A) to (F): (A) to disconnect receiving of the ND information, and to wait until receiving of the next ND information, (B) to display receiving error, (C) to output a report of the receiving error, (D) to notify the receiving error to a transmission source of the ND information, (E) to transfer the ND information or the receiving error to other communication device, and (F) to disconnect the receiving when the information corresponds to the ND information of a termination rejection transmission source.
