MOTION SIMULATION PROGRAM, DEVICE AND METHOD OF POWER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate a temperature of a power device efficiently. SOLUTION: A loss of the power device is formulated with using a device temperature and time as variables based on a structure of the power device and input data of an operating condition (S11 to S15), and also a temperature of each layer in a power module composed of a plurality of layers for mounting the power device is formulated based on an input of parameters for each layer (S31 to S24). A formula of the device loss is incorporated in a boundary condition on the power device side when the temperature of each layer in the power module is formulated, to calculate the temperature of each layer (S31 to S33).
