PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction that can further enhance the waterproof property of a waterproof construction in draw-out equipment as well as attempting to make the front face of a control panel compact. SOLUTION: A front case 4F is mated and coupled with a rear case 4R so that it is drawable and separable, while the rear case 4R that is inserted from the front face of a control panel 2 and mated with its opening 3 formed in it, and a primary sealant 9 is used between the back side of a flange part 8 formed at front perimeter of the rear case 4R and front side of the control panel 2 as well as using a secondary sealant 12 far back in the mating interface 11 of the rear case 4R and the front case 4F to seal the outward edge of the mating interface 11 by the primary sealant 9.
