PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide operation device which can suppress unintended movement of a moving body within a box body while it can be assembled easily and is simple-structured. SOLUTION: The moving body 70 is constructed by fixing an operating knob 80 to a gondola 71. In a main case 10, the gondola 71 is slidable with respect to an upper guide bar 78 and a lower guide bar 79. An assembly 60 for slidable contact consists of a flat spring 61 assembled with an insulation sheet 64. By engaging a claw portion 63 of the flat spring 61 with a cutout portion 83a of a hole 83 formed in a fixed portion 82 of the operating knob 80, the assembly 60 for slidable contact is mounted in a bent state on the fixed portion 82. Over the whole traveling range of the moving body 70, a projecting portion of the bent assembly 60 for slidable contact is in slidable contact with the lower guide bar 79.
