PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a solid electrolytic capacitor having superior high-heat resistance and leak current characteristics. SOLUTION: At a step of anodic oxidation treatment on a solid electrolytic capacitor, the solid electrolytic capacitor is subjected to anodic oxidation treatment with an electrolytic solution containing an organic acid and a nonacqueous solvent, and then is subjected to anodic oxidation treatment with a solution containing phosphorous acid, a nitric acid, an acetic acid, a sulphuric acid, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
