PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pumping device for preventing the re-evaporation of condensate in a sealed container by quickly opening a flow-in side check valve when opening an exhaust valve and closing an air supply valve. SOLUTION: The air supply valve 20 is provided in an operating vapor introduction port 11, the exhaust valve 21 is provided in an operating vapor discharge port 13, the flow-in side check valve 60 is provided in a liquid flow-in port 16 for permitting only the flow of a liquid to the sealed container 2, and a pressure feed side check valve 61 is provided in a liquid drain port 17 for permitting only the flow of liquid to a liquid pumping destination. A snap mechanism 5 is operated to snap-move a power transmission shaft 28 in response to the up-and-down movement of a float 3 arranged in the sealed container 2, whereby the air supply valve 20 and the exhaust valve 21 connected to the power transmission shaft 28 are changed over to be opened/closed. When the exhaust valve 21 is opened and the air supply valve 20 is closed, with the snap movement of the power transmission shaft 28, the power transmission shaft 28 drives the flow-in side check valve 60 to be opened.
