Strip is implemented with thickness h = 0.6Ç2.5, mm, width B = 1000Ç1200, mm, surface roughness Ra=0.6Ç1.4, mcm, thickness difference of medium by width part of strip and its edges in one section in limits (0.018Ç0.022)Ç10-3ÇB, mm, strip wedging in one section h1-h2<0.015Ç10-3ÇB, mm, where h1 and h2 - thickness of opposite side edges of strip, mm. ^ EFFECT: it is improved following strips formability and increased yield at forming of rolled sheet of categories complex and extra complex total extension. ^ 1 ex |
