An integrated security system of apartment complex with one pass remote controller and an application method thereof are provided to improve reliability and safety of visitor management and control by managing and controlling visitor through image collection and visitor recognition using local area wireless communications. An integrated security system of apartment complex comprises an one pass remote controller(100), a wireless receiver(201), an emergency call button(202), a camera(203), a relay(204), a receiving board(205), a hub(206), a workstation(207), and a household terminal(208). In the one pass remote controller, information of a visitor is set up as ID, and ID information is wirelessly transmitted according to operation of a button. The wireless receiver is installed in various space of apartment complex, and receives wireless signals transmitted in the one pass remote controller. The emergency call button is installed in various space of apartment complex. The camera is installed in various space of apartment complex, and collects each local image. The relay groups the wireless receiver and the emergency call button, and transmits detected information to the receiving board. The receiving board converts an analog signal collected in the relay and the camera into a digital signal. The hub connects devices installed in the apartment complex and the workstation using TCP/IP communications protocol. The workstation manages the integrated security system in the apartment complex. The household terminal is installed in a household with wall pad type. |
