A prefabricated pipe conduit for a manhole is provided to keep the arrangement of conduit lines not to be out of order and to improve the quality of construction, and to perform maintenance work including cable installation easily. A prefabricated pipe conduit(1) for a manhole comprises a first block(21) installed to a conduit line passing hole(11) formed on a wall of a manhole and provided with a semicircle portion to surround one area of a conduit line, and a second block(22) coupled by adhesives to be symmetric with the first block and surrounding the other area of the conduit line, wherein a first rubber plate installation groove is formed on the contact surface of the semicircular portion of the first block contacted with the conduit line and the second block to the appointed depth and width to install a first hydrophilic rubber plate.
