The headlight (3) has a heat exchanger (15) associated to a cold light source (9) i.e. LED, to evacuate heat produced by the source during functioning of the source. Light from the source is traversed via a glass (11), and a reservoir (17) belonging to a glass washing device (5) receives a glass washing fluid. The exchanger is arranged in a region of the reservoir so as to evacuate the heat from the source towards the fluid contained in the reservoir for heating the fluid by using the heat. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle lighting assembly comprising a headlight and a washing device.
