PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower part vehicle body structure of a vehicle capable of improving torsional rigidity in the vehicle cross direction and securing vehicle body rigidity by providing connecting members to connect left and right frame members to each other in the vehicle cross direction. SOLUTION: This lower part vehicle body structure of the vehicle provided with the left and right frame members 18 extending in the vehicle body longitudinal direction below a floor panel 1 between a side sill 6 and a floor tunnel 2 is furnished with the connecting members 35, 36 to connect the left and right frame members 18, 18 to each other in the vehicle cross direction.
