PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure for a bumper cover enhancing by simple devise fastening strength and fastening work efficiency of a low end fastening part of the bumper cover. SOLUTION: In the fastening structure for the bumper cover 1, the lower end fastening part 12 of the bumper cover 1 made of resin is fastened to a body panel 2 of a body panel 2. A reinforcement rib 14 integration-molded with the bumper cover 1 is provided on a back surface of the bumper cover 1. The lower end fastening part 12 is bent making an integral hinge part 13 provided on a lower end portion 11 of the bumper cover 1 as an origin. In the fastening structure for the bumper cover 1, a screw grommet 3 is inserted/arranged to a through hole 123 provided on the lower end fastening part 12 and a through hole 141 provided on the reinforcement rib 14. By fastening a screw 4 inserted to the through hole 21 provided on the body panel 2 relative to the screw grommet 3, the lower end fastening part 12 is fastened to the body panel 2 with the reinforcement rib 14.
