PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a sun roof device for a vehicle capable of enhancing support rigidity of the sun roof device without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The supporting structure of the sun roof device for the vehicle is provided with a roof reinforcement 3 laid between roof side rails 4, 4 and an assist grip bracket 8 mounted to the roof side rail 4, and is provided with a second roof support bracket 11 for connecting the assist grip bracket 8 and the roof reinforcement 3.
