PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in a mounting characteristic, even when both a first electric motor 3 of VGRS and a second electric motor 5 of EPS are arranged in a vehicle by being incorporated on a force transmission passage reaching a pinion from a steered wheel 2, in a vehicular steering device having the VGRS and the EPS. SOLUTION: The first electric motor 3 of the VGRS and the second electric motor 5 of the EPS are included in one module 104. Thus, since the first and second electric motors 3 and 5 can be arranged in the close vicinity of each other by including the first and second electric motors 3 and 5 in the one module 104, the mounting characteristic of the vehicular steering device is enhanced more than when individually and separately arranging the first and second electric motors 3 and 5 in the vehicle.
