PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular functional device capable of restraining a driver from having a sense of incongruity to a change in a control quantity, even if a vehicle surrounding environment changes, when performing control for exponentially functionally changing the control quantity of the functional device to a change in an operation quantity of the driver of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This vehicle control device has an operation device operated by an occupant of the vehicle, the functional device for generating the function based on an operation state of the operation device, a target function determining device for determining the target function of the functional device based on the operation state of the operation device, and a controller for controlling the function generated by the functional device based on the determined target function, and has a first arithmetic operation means (a step 2) for determining a variation in the target function determined by the target function determining device to a change in the operation state in the operation device by using a numerical expression including an exponential function, and a second arithmetic operation means (a step S2) for using a variable changed based on a change in a vehicle-placing environment as an index used in the numerical expression.
