A plasma display panel is provided to increase contrast, brightness, and discharge uniformity by controlling the width of a discharge cell. A barrier(112) is formed between a front substrate and a rear substrate and defines a discharge cell. A fluorescent material layer is arranged in the discharge cell while containing a fluorescent substance material and an additive material(1010). The discharge cell comprises a red discharge cell, a green discharging cell, and a blue discharge cell. The width of the blue discharge cell is wider than that of the red discharge cell. At least one particle of addictive materials is arranged on the surface of the fluorescent material layer.
