An air-conditioner is provided to prevent the air flux from relatively increasing in partial areas by supplying the air uniformly over the whole heat exchanger, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency and reducing noise. An air-conditioner comprises a case(10) with front and top air intakes(11,12), a heat exchanger(30) arranged inside the case, a fan(40) located close to the heat exchanger, and an air intake amount reduction member(70) which is arranged in a part of the front air intake and reduces the amount of intake air in order to prevent the partial concentration of the intake air.
