PURPOSE: To provide a sheet insulated conductor with high heat resistance, flexibility, and water proofing capability, and capable of easily working at a low temperature at which troubles such as oxidation and deformation do not generate in a metallic conductor. CONSTITUTION: A sheet insulated conductor 1 has insulators 3 formed out of ternary copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene-vinylidene fluoride whose crystalline melting point is 60-200 deg.C and has the insulators 3 layered on both sides of a metallic conductor 2. After they are fusingly integrated, crosslinking is conducted with electron beams. |
