PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module capable of suppressing the impact of crosstalk.SOLUTION: A light-emitting module includes a laser diode (LD) emitting signal light, a relay pad for relaying a bias current supplied to the LD, a LD submount having an electrode pad for mounting the LD, a driver IC for driving the LD, and a housing mounting these LD, LD submount, driver IC and providing a chassis ground. As a feature of this light-emitting module, one electrode of the LD is connected with the driver IC, without being earthed to the ground chassis, and the other electrode of the LD is connected with the driver IC via the relay pad.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
