The invention relates to a method for repairing a component (1), comprising the following steps: introducing a recess (2) into the component (1), via which recess a damaged region in the component (1) is removed; positioning a filler body (3) in the recess (2); and fixedly, i.e. non-detachably, connecting the filler body (3) to the component (1), wherein the filler body (3) is provisionally secured to the component (1) prior to establishing the fixed connection to the component (1), in that a securing element (5) is placed over the filler body (3) and the securing element (5) is attached to the component (1), wherein the securing element (5) is removed again after the establishing of the fixed connection between the filler body (3) and the component (1). |
