PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of shaking by commencing a photographing process after the completion of the operation of a photographing start notification means, upon the selection of the first photographing mode, and commencing the process during the operation of the operation notification means, upon the selection of the second photographing mode. CONSTITUTION: Switches SW1 and SW3 are connected to a control means 1 and a photometric process starts, when the switch SW1 is turned on. A release operation starts, when the switch SW2 is turned on. Also, the switch SW3 makes a selection between an ordinary photographing mode and a self-timer photographing mode. When the first photographing mode is selected, a photographing process starts after the end of the operation of a photographing start notification means 3. When the second photographing mode is selected, the process starts during the operation of the means 3. In this case, the second photographing mode is for multi-exposure for implementing at least the first and second photographing processes. The first photographing process in the multi-exposure is, therefore, implemented without any special consciousness on the part of an user and a main subject. |
