METHOD TO PRESS PLASTIC, THAT IS HARDENING AS A RESULT OF REACTION ON PRESS-MOULD POCKET; USED IN THE METHOD PRESSING AUXILIARY SUBSTANCE MADE AS PILL AND HOLDER OF THE MATERIAL

FIELD: press-moulding. SUBSTANCE: method to press plastic (6), that is hardening as a result of reaction, is fed from loading chamber (4) through at least one injection channel (3) and pouring gate (2) into pocket of press-mould (1). n the case method has at least following stages: application of excessive pressure to plastic (3) with pressing auxiliary substance (7) in loading chamber (4); pressing of plastic (6) in pocket of press-mould (1); plastic hardening under pressure in pocket of press-mould. In the case pressing auxiliary substance (7) is plastically deformed stuff in pressing process and its amount is sufficient to be pressed in pouring gate (2) zone of press-mould (1) pocket. It is preferable, that pressing auxiliary substance is thermoplast. EFFECT: increased efficiency.
